The bible says in Proverbs 22:6 that “we need to train up a child in the way he should go and when the child is old, they will not depart from it”. Many churches and parents often neglect or forget to teach children the bible. The enemy is targeting our youth at schools and through social media with bullying, drugs, poor influences, homosexuality and much more. If our children are not equipped to face and overcome such calamities, it could be catastrophic to the next generation. 

Jesus saw the value in children. “And anyone who welcomes a little child like this on my behalf is welcoming me. But if you cause one of these little ones who trusts in me to fall into sin, it would be better for you to have a large millstone tied around your neck and be drowned in the depths of the sea.” Matthew 18:5-6. Here at PTORM we take the children’s ministry very seriously and acknowledge the severity of failing to teach the children. 

Our children’s ministry is led by ministers Anastasia Abongnelah and Marlia Abongnelah. The children learn interactively with the bible, chiristian children’s books, movies and songs. The children are baptised with the fire of the holy ghost and all leave classes speaking in tongues. They are taught to pray and the bible is simplified in a manner that even the babes can understand. Children are just as important as the adults and are trained to be more than conquerors as they face the world.
